back to quare one

I tried starting the beret today and I was not really happy with it... so it got frogged. Now I am thinking about making a cowl out of it. It probably wont get a ton of wear immediately but we aren't staying in Fl so I think I can justify it. I also think it would be a shame to not be able to wear this yarn against my skin.

and on a side note... I am starting to really hate it when you make something specifically for a person and they do not let you know when it arrives or answer messages asking if it ever made it. I'm glad my swap partner for ISE was nice enough to let me know it arrived and that he loved the scarf. I'm especially irritated because the one person I made something for that was supposed to pay me never did AND never let me know it arrived. Guess thats what I get for knitting for a "friend".
